MondoTwin launches
The AI-native twin of a pharmaceutical company, launched on 7 October 2026.
MondoTwin opened its doors on 7 October 2026 with the launch of www.mondotwin.com. The company was founded by Francesco Cavalli, who is completing his master's thesis at the ETH Agentic Systems Lab, and is an ETH Start-up.
MondoTwin builds the AI-native twin of a pharmaceutical company, department by department. The first department is business development: agents read clinical and regulatory evidence, identify licensing and development opportunities, and connect every assessment to its primary source. For pharmaceutical companies, MondoTwin is a business development department that finds the asset, constructs it in the client's name and stays with the client to signature. For researchers and their institutions, it is a platform on which they advance their own work and reach the companies able to develop it.
Dr Robert Jakob, founder and co-director of the Agentic Systems Lab, wrote on LinkedIn: "The ambition is to bring evidence-grounded agentic systems into the workflows of pharmaceutical organizations. The AI-native pharma company starts here."
